The HRD ministry decided to make 2-year ITI courses Equivalent to 12th HSC.

Two-year ITIs courses should be National Council For Vocational Training-NCVT approved.

Required Documents For Diploma Equivalent 12th Certificate:

1. Mark sheet of 5th and 6th semester of a diploma

2. Diploma degree or diploma provisional certificate

3. SSC mark sheet

4. Leaving certificate.

Process For Diploma Equivalent 12th Certificate:

1. Collect your all original diploma engineering mark sheet. 

2. Also, collect your diploma provisional or diploma degree certificate from your college.

2. Go to the above address.

3. Fill the following equivalent certificate form with the required data.

4. Pay 200 RS fee by cash or DD
(In the favor of above address)

5. Submit your form with the original certificate.

6. They verify your photocopy with original and then give return your original certificate. 

7. After completing payment wait for a 1 to 2 hour.

8. Now Collect your equivalent certificate from office.

Important Instruction:

1. Valid for the students of Gujarat only. 

For another state contact to your Secondary and Higher Secondary Education board.

2. Students with clear their all backlogs and ATKTs are eligible to apply.

3. Required all original certificates of the above listed.
